We’re running a Sports Betting Canadian World Cup Knockout Stage Bracket Contest for 2026. We’re giving away $525 in prizes and the contest is free to enter for Canadian residents. All of the details can be found below.
Our World Cup Bracket Contest is very simple. You pick which team will win each match throughout the knockout stage of the 2026 World Cup and accumulate points for correct predictions.
Prizes
There is $525 available to be won in this contest. The prizes are paid out in Visa prepaid cards. The top 10 places will be paid.
Here’s the breakdown:
- 1st place – $200
- 2nd place – $100
- 3rd place – $50
- 4th-10th – $25
I’m not sure how many entries to expect, so there could be a great chance to win a prize in this contest.
Point Structure
Here is how the points will be awarded:
- Round of 32 = 1 point
- Round of 16 = 2 points
- Quarter-finals = 4 points
- Semi-finals = 8 points
- Final = 16 points
*In the event of ties, the Score Tie-Breaker will come into play, which will be settled by the participant who comes closest to predicting the total goals scored in the World Cup Final.
**If entries are still tied after the Score Tie-Breaker, the higher prize will be paid out to all tied entries.
How To Enter

We’re using Office Pool Junkie again for this contest. It’s very easy to join and you only need to enter your name and email to create an account.
The teams will appear in the bracket as the matchups are set. The full 32 team bracket will be solidified Saturday night after all of the group stage matches are complete. You will then have until 3pm ET on Sunday (the Canada vs South Africa match) to lock in your bracket.
*You must enter an active email address at Office Pool Junkie because this is the email I will use to contact you if you win. I will also add you to our mailing list to keep you updated on our World Cup Bracket Contest progress and future contests, etc. By joining the pool you agree to opt-in to our email list.
