The 2023 Scotties Tournament of Hearts is taking place this coming week in Kamloops, British Columbia. Eighteen of the best curling teams in Canada will battle it out for the Canadian national women’s championship and the right to represent Canada at the 2023 World Women’s Curling Championship in Sweden.
Team Einarson will enter the tournament as the favourites. They are the three time defending champions, having won the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in 2020, 2021, and 2022. As the defending champions, Team Einarson will once again represent Team Canada in the tournament. Rachel Homan’s rink, which is representing Team Ontario, is the other top contender.
