The Senators came through for us in a huge way last night with their 3-0 win. When I’m taking the Sens from now on I’m taking the puck line because they aren’t very good at winning 1-goal games. They now have a +5 goal differential this year, while losing 8 more games than they’ve won. That huge 5.57 odds win gets me almost back to breaking even for the year after being down at -15 units not that long ago.

Philadelphia Flyers @ Toronto Maple Leafs
The Flyers just dropped a game to the Hurricanes, which they can’t afford to lose if they’re still hoping to make a playoff push here at the end of the season. The Maple Leafs are another team that the Flyers have to beat to stay in the hunt. The Leafs are still not playing great hockey. They did beat the Jets the other night, but that was their first win in 6 games and they needed overtime. I like the Flyers as dogs in this one.

Vancouver Canucks @ Buffalo Sabres
Yes, the Sabres are coming off a win over the Blue Jackets, but lets not kid ourselves. The Sabres are still the worst team in the NHL. They have been keeping games close lately, but they still only won 2 of their last 8. The Sedin twins have been hot lately and the Canucks can’t afford to drop games like this in the tight Western Conference.
I’m counting on a Vancouver win in this one.
