Hastings Racecourse is a horse racing track located in downtown Vancouver. It was originally called Exhibition Park and opened way back in 1889.

Here is a quick step-by-step guide explaining how to bet on the horse races at Hastings Park Racecourse online at SportsInteraction.com.
#1. Open Sports Interaction Account
The first step is to open a Sports Interaction account if you don’t already have one.
Click here to visit SporstInteraction.com, select ‘Open Account’, and complete the sign up form to register an account.
#2. Go to the Sports Interaction Racebook
Betting on horse races has it’s own section at Sports Interaction. This means you will not find the Hastings Racecourse races in the ‘Sports’ section of the website. Click on ‘Racebook’ in the top menu bar to head to the SIA Racebook.
#3. Choose Hastings Park Racecourse
In the left sidebar of the Racebook you will find ‘Hastings Park’ under the ‘Canadian Thoroughbred’ drop down menu.
#4. Choose Your Race and Place Your Bets
Now that you have the Hastings Park races on your screen you can go through and select which races you want to wager on. You can see the race #’s and different bets you can make on each race (win/place/show, exacta, trifecta, etc). In the screenshot below I’m looking at the final race of the night and have a $50 bet on The Chances R as the 2-1 favourite.
