Free NHL Picks February 18th

Sport Betting Canadian Hockey MascotI went 1 for 2 with my plays last night.  The Sabres kept it close like they have been their past few games before losing in a shootout, but thanks to our 1.5 goal cushion our Sabres play was still a winner.  The same can’t be said for the Sharks play, as they got dummied by a Preds team that looks better every game.

**I’m also running an offer this week where if you sign up to DraftKings.com through my link and make a deposit then you will receive the paid picks for the remainder of the year for free.  Email me at niko@sportsbettingcanadian.ca for more information.

NHL Free Picks Record: 76-95-1 for -6.31 units.

LA Kings @ Colorado Avalanche

LA Kings LogoThe Kings are on a 5 game winning streak and they’re right on the brink of a playoff spot at the moment.  They can’t take their foot of the gas if they hope to make the playoffs.  The Avs are a team that the Kings should beat and even though LA has a horrible road record of 7-12-6 this season, I like their momentum and I think they have the talent to continue to turn it on down the stretch and make the post season.  On top of that Colorado is the second worst possession team in the league next to the Sabres, which says something about how they’ve played this season.

Play: Kings 1.714 @ 5Dimes.eu

Minnesota Wild @ Calgary Flames

Minnesota Wild LogoThe Wild lost in Vancouver the other night, which was a big loss for their playoff chances.  Now they are facing a Calgary team with a ton of heart that just came back to beat the Bruins on Monday night.  That said the Wild should control play in this game.  I’m expecting Minnesota to get the win tonight and get a bit closer to a playoff birth this season.

Play: Wild 1.901 @ 5Dimes.eu
